“Request for Order Giving Effect” on Income Tax e-Filing Portal!

The Income Tax Department has introduced a new feature on the e-Filing portal – “Request for Order Giving Effect” .
Now, assessees can raise a request online to ensure the implementation of an order that is pending with the tax department, eliminating unnecessary delays. No more physical visits to the Assessing Officer (AO)!
How to raise a request?
It’s simple! Just follow these steps on the e-Filing portal:
Login to your account –> Go to Services –> Select Request for Order Giving Effect –> Click on New Request –> Enter the required assessment details and submit your request
Applicable for orders issued by:
JCIT(A)/CIT(A)/NFAC , ITAT, High Court, Supreme Court, CIT Revision Order and Any other applicable authority
