Tentative plan for 20^th Dec is:. 

• Remaining booths ballot boxes to be opened (S061 to S156) another 11k votes. 
• Completion of validation of postal votes (744 postal papers)
• Validation of Ballot papers.
• Calculation of Quota.

And If time permits, the first round of counting of votes begin.
